Status

This page contains links to our project's parameters and specifications as well as the monthly status reports. Links to each month's report are generally made available during the first week of the following month.

Trebuchet Parameters

	The beam (supplied by STCC) will be 10 feet by 10 inches by 12 inches
	All Designs will be of the hanging basket type
	Ten to twelve pound melons will be shot approximately 200 feet
	The counter weight will be limited to 1000 lbs
	It is encouraged to use timber framing techniques, but bolts, plates, etc. will be allowed especially if for safety reasons. The base will be constructed of soft woods (fir, etc.) which will be supplied by STCC
	The pivot shaft will be made of steel.
